　　關(guān)于農(nóng)家樂(lè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與人們的消費(fèi)趨向情況的分析

　　----以廣州萬(wàn)畝果園小洲村一帶為例

　　摘要

　　農(nóng)家樂(lè)是新興的旅游休閑形式，是農(nóng)民向城市現(xiàn)代人提供的一種回歸自然從而獲得放松身心、愉悅精神的休閑旅游方式。農(nóng)家樂(lè)的發(fā)展，對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村旅游、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、建設(shè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、加快農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。農(nóng)家樂(lè)雖然是一個(gè)新興的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，但總體上還是一個(gè)尚未規(guī)范、管理滯后的市場(chǎng),到目前為止,農(nóng)家樂(lè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r如何?它是否給農(nóng)民們真的帶來(lái)了實(shí)惠?消費(fèi)者對(duì)農(nóng)家樂(lè)的態(tài)度又是如何?帶著這些問(wèn)題,特開展了此次關(guān)于農(nóng)家樂(lè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與人們的消費(fèi)趨向情況的調(diào)研，通過(guò)以廣州市小洲村一帶的萬(wàn)畝果園為例進(jìn)行調(diào)查，分析目前廣州農(nóng)家樂(lè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及人們的消費(fèi)趨向情況，探討農(nóng)家樂(lè)這種新型旅游方式發(fā)展過(guò)程所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，尋求原因并提出一些建議。

　　ABSTRACT

　　Agritourism is an emerging leisure travel form, to provide modern city farmers a return to nature to get loosen body and mind, cheerful spirit of leisure tourism way. The development of the agritourism,which promotes rural tourism, adjusts the industrial structure, the construction of regional economy, and speeds up the agriculture marketization process making for good economic benefit. Although the agritourism is a rising sun industry, but in general it has not standard management .Does it give farmers really benefits? What is the attitude towards

　　agritourism? With these problems, we do a research on the development of agritourism and the consumption tendency of the customers,we take the wan mu guo yuan in Guangzhou XiaoZhou village as example.Through the guangzhou small states of ten thousand mu orchards village area as an example to investigate, the analysis of the current situation of the development of guangzhou of farm and people's consumption trend conditions, the author discusses the new way of farm tourism development problems occurred in the process, for reasons and puts forward some advices.
